Mario and his friends are back, this time on Nintendo Wii.

The adventure begins on Princess Peach’s birthday. In the middle of the birthday party Bowser and his gang come and abduct Peach in a large cake. Of course, it becomes your mission to rescue her. This game is made in a similar way to the first Super Mario game, but Mario has some new abilities. Dressed in a propeller suit he can fly higher, in a penguin suit he can swim faster under water, and with an ice flower he can throw freezing snowballs. A great feature in the game is the ability to play competitively or cooperatively with up to three other players.

Child suitability:
This is a fun and entertaining game. You are shooting ice and flames, but this is far from a violent game. When your enemies die they just disappear. This is a great game for the whole family, and best of all is the possibility to play with four players at once.  

Level of difficulty:

3-5 years: The game is a bit difficult for this age group.

6-9 years: The game is fun and well suited for this age group.

10-12 years: This game comes highly recommended.

13-17 years: Well suited for youths and adults alike.

Suggested age: Suitable for children from 6 years.
