Guitar Hero: Metallica

01.01.2009

Play together with the stars in Metallica on stages across the world. This is a rocked-up game for Metallica fans over 13 years of age.

“’tallica gives you heavy baby!” shouts James Hetfield as he plays a riff on the guitar. In this new Guitar Hero game the producers have gone back to the original concept, which means you don’t have to go on a world tour. You can just sit down with some friends and let rip. The game contains 28 Metallica songs and 21 other songs that have inspired or been inspired by Metallica. You can warm up the crowd for Metallica, and afterwards play with the band in a furious stage show. All the stages in the game exist in real life, and are stages Metallica have played on. Some of the songs you can play are “Master of Puppets”, “Enter Sandman”, “One” and “Seek and Destroy”. If you’re a seasoned Guitar Hero player you can enjoy a new level of difficulty, “expert +”. As in “Guitar Hero: World Tour” you can also play as a complete band.

Child suitability:
The game has a T (Teen) rating because some of the lyrics contain bad language. But when you’re busy playing you don’t listen to the lyrics much and don’t notice the language. Guitar Hero is about presicion, and is a little too difficult for small children. The game is therefore recommended from 13 years of age.
